Your first branch. The coordinates position your listing on the map and set the geofence a check-in scan is measured against; the time zone is the clock a member’s daily gym access resets on after they visit you.
A check-in outside these hours is declined. Mark a window as peak to bill the peak reimbursement rate when ClearCare configures one for you.
A closing time at or before the opening time runs overnight — set 06:00 to 06:00 for a 24-hour gym. Currently: 8:00am onward on open days.

These are declarations, not accounts: after approval each trainer is invited from your dashboard, each class is created there, and physiotherapy can only be offered through a physiotherapist ClearCare has separately verified.
Listing someone here does not let you advertise physiotherapy. They must register with ClearCare and pass credential verification first.
